Stilyagi

This was a Soviet youth counterculture movement from the late 1940s to the early 1960s. They typically wore snappy clothing, often with foreign labels that were bought on the black market. They often wore brightly colored clothing, narrow pants, long jackets, narrow ties, and thick soled shoes.
