This is a Japanese style refering to people who dress nerdy. Popular styles include collared tops, polos, sweaters decorated with flannel, striped, or checker design, T-shirts with anime characters, wide-fitting straight-legged jeans or khakis in medium or high waisted styles, suspendered pants, large belts, and old sneakers.
