Sukeban

This is a Japanese term meaning delinquent girl, and has been used to describe this subculture since 1972. They often have brightly-dyed or permed hair and wear modified school uniforms sometimes with gang symbols, long skirts, cut shirts to expose the midriff, Converse with modifications, and surgical masks.
