Recession Pop

Recession pop is a subgenre of dance-pop and electropop that emerged in the late 2000s out of the Great Recession, built on uptempo, catchy, feel-good music. Outfits carry patterns like leopard print. Bright colors fill the palette. Low waisted pants cover the bottoms, with fur trimmed pieces over the top.
