Riot Grrrl
Riot grrrl is an underground feminist punk movement that began in the early 1990s in the Pacific Northwest, combining feminism, punk music, and politics. Punk elements carry the clothing. Mini skirts cover the bottoms. Band tees go above them. Leather jackets layer over the top. Leather boots go below, with distressed clothing, fishnets, and plaid throughout.
