Polychrome is a graphic design aesthetic originating in the early 2010s, built on liquid ink splatters, paint explosions, and colors merging or blurring into one another. Outfits carry a mix of vibrant colors. The mixing happens two ways: as ombre, where colors bleed together, or as colorblocking, where they meet at a hard edge.
