Post Modernism
Post-modernism is a deconstructive aesthetic that challenges fashion norms through irony, pastiche, and anti-structure, emerging from 1980s and 90s philosophy to question what fashion means. Ironic or deconstructed garments carry it. Mixed-media and intentionally mismatched clothing extends the argument. Conceptual accessories complete it, in clothing built to subvert convention rather than follow it.
