Peacock Revolution

This is a men's fashion movement beginning in the late 1950s in the UK that revolved around incorporating traditionally feminine fashion pieces like floral prints, bright colors, and complex patterns. They also often incorporated pieces from around the world including Africa and Asia. Corduroy, paisley, and brocade were common, as well as brightly colored suits.
