Nu Brutalism

This is a design aesthetic that emerged during the early 2010s and features heavily contrasting colors, grotesque typefaces, and an emphasis on structure of typography. Outfits inspired by this aesthetic typically feature a pretty monochromatic color palette of white, black, and grey, sometimes with a hint of muted green. Outfits may have strange or unflattering cuts, washes that resemble concrete, draping, headscarves, and motifs that give it a harsh look.
