2000's Preppy

This was a preppy style popular in the 2000s that incorporated trends from the time from mall brands like Abercrombie and Fitch, Hollister, and American Eagle who brought more laid back interpretations of the preppy aesthetic. They reinterpreted traditionally preppy styles in a more fun way with various colors, patterns and cuts. Common pieces included polo shirts, slim fit tank tops, baby tees, fitted cardigans, low rise jeans, pleated and denim mini skirts, babydoll dress, polo dresses, blazers, trench coats, loafers, ballet flats, sneakers, uggs, boots, and headbands.
