Vaporgoth is a subgenre of vaporwave that emerged in the mid-2010s, working in a gloomy atmosphere with dark elements, its visuals built on glitch art, distorted digital images, and a monochromatic palette. Outfits mix goth and cyber elements. Black, blue, and purple make up the palette. Goth staples like black dresses and corsets carry it, cut with pops of color.
