A specific Tumblr and early Instagram feminine aesthetic from around 2013-2015 that combined pastel hair, chokers, crop tops, and high-waisted everything into a distinctly mid-2010s feminine identity — capturing a specific internet moment before Instagram aesthetics fully splintered.
