City Boy

City boy is a Japanese subculture rooted in a deliberate, curated definition of masculinity. American Ivy prep supplies most of the vocabulary. Loafers, button-downs, oxford shirts, and tailoring form the base, with a wool overcoat over the top. Vans and crossbody bags get woven in alongside them, which is what separates it from straight prep.
