Whimsicraft was popular from the mid-1980s to the mid-1990s, drawing on the things found at an art fair or owned by a quirky, artsy aunt. Graphic sweaters and cardigans carry it. Patterned vests layer over flowy shirts. Long, patterned skirts cover the bottoms. Patterned bags and handmade jewelry finish it.
