This aesthetic emerged during the 1990s and is based on imagery of cities and street life, often featuring city streets, architecture, graffiti, skate parks, and urban fashion. Fashion from this aesthetic has heavy inspiration from skater, art hoe, hip-hop and nostalgiacore including things like baggy pants or sweatpants, name-brand shirts, dad hats, fanny packs, puffer jackets, sports bras, sneakers, and chains.
