Thrash Metal

This is a subgenre of heavy metal music characterized by aggression and a fast tempo that emerged during the 1980s, whose songs often have fast percussive beats and low-register guitar riffs, and shredding-style lead guitar work. Outfits often include leather jackets, band tees, distressed denim, studded pieces, combat boots, leather pants, and fingerless gloves.
