Swag

Swag was a youth subculture prominent from the late 2000s to the early 2010s, intertwined with hip-hop culture and catalyzed by the jerk dance movement out of Los Angeles, with New Boyz among its popularizers. Bright colors carry it. Skinny jeans cover the bottoms, often in bright colors themselves. Loose fitting graphic tees and hoodies go above them. Snapback hats sit on top, frequently with sports team logos. Large gold chains, Beats headphones, and high top sneakers finish it, with Obey, Diamond Supply Co., and Crooks & Castles the brands that mattered.
