Dieselpunk

Dieselpunk is a retrofuturistic aesthetic imagining the interwar era, roughly the 1920s through 1950s, with diesel technology and art deco design at its center. Steampunk is the foundation it builds on, swapping steam for an alternate timeline of diesel-powered advancement. Utilitarian military surplus makes up the base. Leather aviator jackets go over the top, with goggles above them. Cargo pants cover the bottoms, and oil-stained textures, brass hardware, and retro-futurist silhouettes finish it.
