Aliyahcore is drawn directly from R&B artist Aaliyah's 1990s and early 2000s style, which blended streetwear with femininity decades before that combination went mainstream. Low-rise bottoms, belly-baring crop tops, dark athletic wear, and confident sensuality define it. Low-rise baggy jeans or leather trousers sit with the waistband visible.
