Meatcore draws on flesh, raw meat, organs, mutilation, and blood, frequently setting those images against cute elements. Patterns inspired by meat carry it, or meat, blood, and intestines used directly as motifs. Knitwear turns up for texture. Anatomical representations of the human body appear across the garments, alongside torn fabrics meant to resemble flesh.
