This is a Japanese Harajuku style inspired by children's pop culture from the 1980s such as My Little Pony, Care Bears, Rainbow Brite, and Barbie. It has a pastel color palette, and outfits are meant to have a fluffy or floaty appearance. Outfits often include loose A-line dresses, fluttery petticoats, fluffy sweaters, over-sized sweatshirts, mokomoko accessories, and stuffed animals sewn onto accessories.
