Decora
Decora is a Japanese maximalist aesthetic of excessive cute accessories and rainbow color that emerged in 1990s Harajuku, built on decorative overload. Colorful accessory layering is taken further here than anywhere else. Hundreds of tiny accessories go on at once. Character items cover every available surface, in a kawaii register pushed to its maximum.
